Our liability  to you in respect of losses or damages arising directly or indirectly from your use of or inability to use the website (including any of its contents) and/or any Legal Document, irrespective of whether such loss or damage is based on contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall be limited, in relation to any one incident or series of related incidents, to the lesser of (i) 150% of the amount paid by you for the Legal Document, or (ii) £5000.

We may suspend or discontinue the Service for maintenance of the Website or any other reason. If We discontinue the service We will aim to give reasonable notice of termination. We will give sufficient notice to allow completion of the Will or refund the payment.
